On Sunday, September 20, we’re hosting a Brazilian Zouk taster at Baila Innsbruck. To kick things off, there’ll be a one-hour Workshop session at 16:00 to learn the basics of Zouk, followed by two hours of social dancing. Brazilian Zouk is a modern partner dance characterized by flowing movements, smooth weight shifts, and a playful interaction with the music. The dance is based on leading and following together, leaving plenty of room for improvisation and personal expression. The taster is suitable for anyone who would like to discover Brazilian Zouk — no prior experience or dance partner is necessary (Level L0 Beginner). Afterwards, the social dance continues in a relaxed atmosphere: dance, experiment, enjoy the music, and spend an evening together.
