⚡ Last minute alert!! This one sneaked up on us and we couldn't let it pass! ❗️Update: + 1 hour practice 4-5pm The Power of Softness: Understanding biomechanics to discover more freedom ❤️🌿 What does it mean to move with softness, and why does it make you a better dancer? This bootcamp is an invitation to explore exactly that. Jeremy Hale, international Zouk artist from the United States, has spent years diving deep into anatomy and physics to unlock what truly makes movement feel good for you and for your partner. In these 3 hours, you'll understand why your body moves the way it does, and how small shifts in awareness can create big changes in connection, comfort, and freedom on the dance floor.
