The weekender combines technique with sensation, learning how to make your zouk feel playful, comfortable and alive: from the smallest, most intimate detail to larger, more free expression. 🌀 Program DAY 1 — Technique, Flow & Texture Discover how you can carry flow through space, and what this means for your technique. How do you transition between movements and modes, and how do texture and musicality transform your dance? DAY 2 — Playful Complexity Learn how you can bring more complex techniques to the social dance floor and make them playful, effortless and yummy. We'll explore how different layers and dynamics shape the sensation for both leader and follower. 🌱 Schedule Saturday: 11am - 3pm workshops & 3pm - 5:30pm social with DJ @lisadenise.zouk & @djwinxnl (social-only tickets are available)💫 Sunday: 1pm - 6pm workshops ❗️ Level requirements Everyone with a foundation in Brazilian Zouk is welcome. For Utrecht Zouk students: after completing the Essentials course you are ready to join!
