Lambada Lab & Lounge

About

Lambada Lab & Lounge is a relaxed practice time with no class and no teacher at the front of the room. It’s a shared space to work on what we’re learning, figure things out together, and enjoy it all on the social floor. 🔥 What we often need most is simply time… … to repeat … to ask questions … to try things with different partners … to make the movements our own 🪄 LAB & LOUNGE For the full two hours, the room is both. Bring a pattern from a recent class, a technique to clean up, or a sequence you only half remember. Join others exploring, form small groups, and break it down together until it clicks. Guidance is always available if you want it, and completely optional. 💫 CHOOSE YOUR GROOVE The music plays the whole time. Dance whenever you’re ready, take a break, grab a snack, or catch up with friends. Study, dance, or mix it up. No schedule, just come as you are. 🌱 WHO IT’S FOR (new to all levels) Never danced to Lambada is your whole heart. There’s room for you. Leaders, followers, and both-role dancers all welcome. 🛖 OUR SPACE Warm, welcoming, and safe for everyone. Respect names, pronouns, and comfort. 🍋 No food allowed.
