💃 8-Weeks Progressive Course: Master Brazilian Head Movements! Not feeling confident, stable or comfortable in your head movements? In this course, we will focus on horizontal turns ("roasted chicken") and tilted turns. We'll go deep into the technique — where the movement actually comes from, how to stay grounded through it — and then practice it in sequences alongside circular head movements. ℹ️ Level: You should already have experience in circular head movements, ideally you have taken my Circular Head Movement Technique Course or been in my other head movements focused solo classes before.
